Ideal for training sessions, board meetings, and seminars, Hamline Park Plaza brings to you the Conference Center! Able to seat 25 people, you can be assured that that your meeting will be a success. Hours available between 7am and 6pm. WiFi information posted within the Conference Center.

Rental Rates:
$50 per hour.
$45 per hour for four (4) or more reserved hours.
Payment due at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 14 days or more prior to your reserved date and receive a refund less the credit card processing fee. No refund for cancellations 13 days or less from the date of your reservation.
Reservation and Room Use Policies:
1) Reservations are available in hour increments only
2) A reservation for all use of the Conference Center is required.
3) If you will not be using your reservation, please cancel in a timely manner so that others may use the room if needed.
4) The Conference Center may be reserved up to and through 8 weeks in advance.
5) No more than thirty (30) individuals may occupy the Conference Center at one time.
6) Please be respectful of the office tenants that surround the Conference Center.
7) Please wipe the tables, if necessary. Cleaning wipes are in the cabinet located in the room.
8) Please remove all food items from the refrigerator after use.
9) Please wipe down the sink and countertop area.
10) Please wipe the dry erase board clean after each use.
11) Please return the chairs to their regular set-up, if they were moved.
We are located at Hamline Park Plaza, at 570 Asbury Street, St. Paul 55104—just 1 block east of Snelling Avenue and 300 yards from the Green Line on University Avenue.
